Non-Maximized Workbook
If the Excel 2010 Workbook is not maximized it is located within the Excel 2010 Workspace.

Default
By default the Excel 2010 Ribbon is located below the Excel 2010 Application Menu, Excel 2010 Application Title Bar and Excel 2010 Application Toolbox.

Minimized Ribbon
If the Excel 2010 Ribbon is minimized, only the tabs of the Excel 2010 Ribbon are shown below the Excel 2010 Application Menu, Excel 2010 Application Title Bar and Excel 2010 Application Toolbox.

The Excel 2010 Quick Access Tooblar can be located in two places: Above the Ribbon or Below the Ribbon.

Above the Ribbon

When the Excel 2010 Quick Access Toolbar is located above the Excel 2010 Ribbon it is located at the top of the Excel 2010 Application to the right of the Excel 2010 Application Menu.

Below the Ribbon

When the Excel 2010 Quick Access Toolbar is located below the Excel 2010 Ribbon it is located on the left side of the Excel 2010 Application, above the Excel 2010 Name Box.
